Whether you are a first time client or my everyday regular, my expertise and professionalism are always demonstrated long before you schedule your hair removal session. Listed below are the important details necessary to gain the most from your appointment.

Consider your feminine health prior to scheduling a session. 

You can still get waxed during your time of the month. However, if you are uncomfortable doing so, I highly recommend you download a cycle tracking app to best pinpoint your menstrual, then schedule accordingly. It is also good to note that during that time, your body is often more sensitive to pain, especially in your intimate areas, as well.

Acuity is my trusted scheduling software that allows you to book, reschedule, or cancel. Decided to add-on a brow wax? You do that, too! Feel empowered to book as many appointments and services as you wish all within a single system. 

All clients, whether you are a first-timer or recurring, are encouraged to set up an account through this platform. It will add a level of convenience and enhanced communication as we approach your hair removal session.

I understand life happens!! But before it does, make yourself aware of the next steps that may take place as a result. 

Tardy Policy 

Please be courteous and ensure that if you are receiving service to please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute Grace Period. If you are going to be tardy, please notify me by phone as soon as possible. There is a late charge of $10 for every 10-minute delay that will be applied to your total service amount . If a client is more than 15 minutes late then his or her appointment WILL be Cancelled (at the sole discretion of the Esthetician) and any appointment monies will not be refunded. I strive and make every effort to ensure the timeline for client services is maintained. This policy seeks to protect all those who are booked for appointments.

Cancellation Policy

You have up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel and reschedule if need be. Which can be done by logging into your account. It is not my responsibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that you will forfeit ANY and ALL Retainer fees or payments made, NO EXCEPTIONS! If cancellation is due to circumstances on my end, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be issued within 2 business days.

Rescheduling Policy

In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your Retainer fee may be applied to your rescheduled service within 14 business days of cancelling your original appointment.
